I am a sucker for fruit juice/ coolers in the morning along with my breakfast, otherwise it’l be fruit flavoured tea.
I was a picky eater, I hardly use to eat fruits when I was young. My dad used to buy all the seasonal fruits all through the year and I would eat only a few times. So, my mum’s solution was blend’em and give it to me. That’s how I developed the habit of juice and now juice is part of my life

HEALTH FACTS – Rich in Vitamin C, healthy immune system, prevents skin damage, keeps blood pressure under check, lowers cholesterol, controls blood sugar level and many more goodness.

Notes
* You could use any variety of orange for this juice recipe.
* Adding mint gives a leafy and refreshing flavour to this juice.
* If your adventurous try this juice with blending strawberries along.
Ingredients
- Fresh Oranges – 4 big
- Sweet lime – 1/2
- Brown Sugar – 1tsp
- Cold water – 1cup
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges, cut into chunks and place them in a juicer.
- 2. Add in a cup of cold water, brown sugar, to the juicer and blend it until smooth.
- 3. Then squeeze in half a sweet lime and drink it cool along with your morning breakfast.
