Notes
* You could use half cut cherry tomatoes instead of regular ones.
* You could also toast the bread with butter for better taste.
Ingredients
- Wheat Bread or any bread – 1
- Cucumber – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Dried Garlic – a few
- Black sesame seed – a pinch
- Hung curd – 1tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take a slice of any bread of your choice.
- 2. Apply a generous amount of hung curd/yogurt as the spread and keep it aside.
- 3. Grate a cucumber length wise, ribbon like thin slices of cucumber will be formed.
- 4. Arrange it in a wavy form on the yogurt spread bread.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges and place it in between the cucumber.
- 6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, black sesame seed and dried garlic on top and enjoy this fresh, cool and fancy bread.
