Its definitely one of those fancy desserts that will make you wanna eat more. Also, it’s easy to gain more calories. But, NEVERMIND you get more energy!

Notes
* Instead of wheat flour, you could use almond flour or buck wheat flour.
* You could replace custard filling with Creamcheese filling.
Ingredients
- TART CRUST – whole wheat Flour, cold Butter, Sugar
- CUSTARD FILLING – Milk, Cream, Condensed milk, Custard Powder
- FRUITS – Kiwi, Black Berry, Orange,Dried Cranberry
Instructions
- TART CURST –
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, add in 1cup of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of sugar, mix until its evenly combined.
- 2. Add in cold butter cubes (100gms) into the mixing bowl and using your finger tips gently rub the flour sugar mixture with butter cubes.
- 3. Combine it until a dough consistency appears and wrap it in a cling film and refrigerate for about 30mins.
- 4. Then you could start cooking your prep work for custard filling until the dough rests.
- 5. Preheat the oven @350F for 10mins.
- 6. once rested, take the dough out of the fridge and start roll it and place on your greased tart tin.
- 7. With a fork gently poke at the dough on the tart tin before baking. avoids bulging while baking.
- 8. Bake the crust for about 15mins, 350F.
- CUSTARD FILLING –
- 1. In a medium sauce pan, heat 250ml of milk,100ml crema, 75ml Condensed milk for about 10min (DO NOT BOIL)
- 2. Based on the custard powder packing instruction add in the custard powder.
- 3. I added about 2tsp of custard powder (mixed the powder with milk in a small cup and added the mixture gently into the sauce pan mixture and heat it until the mixture slowly started to thicken).
- 4. Cool it for about an 30mins and refrigerate it.
- FRUITS – Cut the fruits in an shape and size.
- COMBINE – Fill the custard filling in baked tart crust once it reaches room temperature and arrange the fruits the way you desire.
