1. Instead of Himalayan salt, you could use honey, sugar or any sweetener.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry
- Mint
- Himalayan Salt
- water
Instructions
- Wash and deseed a bunch of gooseberries.
- Blend the gooseberries with a pinch of Himalayan salt, few mint leaves and water.
- Strain the juice through a fine strainer to extract as much juice as possible.
