Apart from the usual berry jams or berry coulis, a smoothie will be much refreshing and cool for the summer. All the more smoothies are one of those quick and easy go recipes which fills your tummy instantly.
A healthy snack indeed!

This drink improves digestion, increases energy, cures heart burn, helps skin condition, hair care and makes your bones healthy.
* You could use frozen banana and blueberry for a creamier texture.
* For sweet tooth people you could use maple syrup, honey or brown sugar.
* You could also add in some whipped cream on top and throw on some sprinkles on top and drink it creamy rich.
- Banana - 1
- Blueberry - handful
- cold Milk - 1cup
- 1. Peel and cut a whole big banana into roughly sized chunks.
- 2. Tap wash a handful of blueberries.
- 3. Blend in the banana chunks, blueberries and a glass of cold milk together until smooth texture.
- 4. This yummy delicious smoothie hardly takes a few mins to make it and its wholesome.
